In Loving Memory of

Bro. James Alfred Miller

Born SEPTEMBER 21, 1944

Died FEBRUARY 13, 1982

Lord, I have chosen to make my home away from home and to learn from my brothers and sisters as well as to serve them.  I have spread the Good News; I have loved them.  I have heard your voice from the prophet Micah,  "This is what Yahweh asks of you:  only this, to act justly, to love tenderly and to walk humbly with your God."   ~Micah 6:8

Martyred in 1982 at age 37 in Guatemala, Ellis Wisconsin native Br James Miller, FSC was approved for Beatification on March 21, 2018 at Cong for Saints, making him the first US Brother of the Christian Schools to take a further step toward the “glory of the altars”
